Jason Hope on Philanthropy

Jason Hope has philanthropy has one of his major focus as chooses to support organizations that are in line with his different areas of life. For instance he supports the SENS Research Foundation, a non profit research organization that was established in the year 2009. in 2010 he began his involvement with the organization by having donated half million dollars to establish a SENS laboratory at Cambridge with aim to support the Foundation’s AGE-breaker program which is about creating a longer and better quality life.

The SENS program focuses on finding cures for diseases such as Alzheimer, heart and lung disease that break down the body causing it to age faster that it should.Age breakers are treatments that are capable of breaking down a class of metabolic waste products which accumulate in body tissues to cause a significant harm like the continuous loss of elasticity in skin and blood vessels.

Since its inception SENS has been a key player in rejuvenation biotechnology. Modern medicine are more reactive than proactive and therefore Jason believes that the anti aging approach is less on treating diseases and more on using prevention to create longer and better quality life.Audrey de Grey,Phd the mastermind of this great intervention and the Chief Executive Officer of SENS Foundation, believes that the people who will live for 1000 year are already in existence

Jason Hope believes that the organization has the power to reinvent health care, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. over the years he has contributed over one million dollars towards the course and not only does he give financial support to the organization but also he participates in the organisation’s outreach programs.
