On his part, the Founder of The SEAL Awards, Matt Harney thanked the management of Jingdong for the continued effort towards sustainability and environmental innovation. He particularly pointed out to the recent environmentally friendly packaging program. According to Matt Harney, the initiative drew the most attention from the judges. He noted the program’s massive impact on the society. Currently, the program covers more than 47 cities across China. Since its launch, over a million articles of clothing and more than 400,000 toys have been recycled.
